My name is Cindy Ko and I am a Thomas J. Watson Fellow 2008-2009. I graduated from California Institute of Technology in Dec 2007 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. However! I aspire to be a physician someday, but until then… I have this!
This is my blog that I will be keeping during my year abroad on the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship (www.watsonfellowship.org). I will be traveling to five seven countries–Peru, Chile, Ghana, Benin, South Africa, India, and China– during this year to study the relationship between Western medicine and traditional medicine in each of these countries. So far, so good!
